Our P&P is free!

We use Royal Mail to deliver our items and we use various delivery methods, which include:

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr or Tracked 48hr

(We use this service for our Funeral Order of Service Booklets and our Personalised Memorials)

Royal Mail 1st Class

(We use this service for our Memorial Grave Cards and Photo Memorial Prints)

Funeral Order of Service Booklets

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on our Funeral Order of Service Booklets once your have approved the PDF proof.

If your order arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible, so a re-placment can be printed and sent asap.

Memorial Grave Cards

Unfortunately as our Grave Cards are made to order we cannot offer a refund on orders you have changed your mind on.

If your grave card arrives damaged or is incorrect in some way, please let me know as soon as possible so a re-placement can be sent.

Personalised Memorials

Unfortunately as our memorials are made to order we cannot offer a refund on items you have changed your mind on.

Please ensure you double-check all the personalised information you input as we cannot be held responsible if a mistake is made by yourself.

If your item arrives damaged or Chapel Lane Memorial has made a mistake with your personalisation information, please contact us as soon as possible.
